When I'm not busy spinning the media in my favor, you can find me on my yoga mat, hiking the nearest mountain, or soaking up the sun on the beach.
Yes, I know what you're thinking - how does a PR executive find time for all this zen stuff?
The answer is simple - I've mastered the art of multitasking. I can write a press release while doing downward dog, and I've been known to brainstorm new PR strategies while hiking through the wilderness.
But let's not forget about my professional expertise. I've been in the PR game for 17 years and have seen it all from my PR agency experience with APCO Worldwide, Asda'a BCW, Watermelon Communications and House of Comms.
I'm always on the lookout for new and creative ways to help my clients achieve their goals. I'm a pro at content creation, media relations, thought leadership, and everything in between.
When I'm not busy conquering the PR world, you can find me doing yoga or hiking on a mountain. It's a great way to escape the fast-paced world of PR and reconnect with nature.
